Growing the Game From the Ground Up
India Ultimate's grassroots programme exists to put a disc in as many hands as possible — in schools, colleges, parks and community grounds, in cities and small towns alike. Every state champion, national team player and certified coach started with a first throw somewhere; grassroots work is how India Ultimate keeps building the base the whole sport grows from.

A Foundation for Everything Else
Ultimate's low-cost, low-equipment nature makes it one of the most accessible sports to introduce anywhere — a field and a disc are enough to get started. Grassroots outreach doesn't just recruit players; it spreads Spirit of the Game as a value from day one, and it's where India Ultimate finds many of the coaches, Observers and administrators who go on to run the sport locally.

Physical education teachers, college students, parents and club players are all welcome to run a session — no elite playing background required, just a willingness to learn alongside your group.
